What is Airbo?
Airbo is a benefits engagement platform. So essentially, this is how employees experience benefits today. There is a lot of places for them to go. There is a lot of things that are intertwined, there is a lot of apps for them to download, a lot of different technologies for them to access just to even be able to take advantage of their benefits. And so, it's no wonder that employees really struggle to understand them. And so what Airbo is, is, as I mentioned, a benefits engagement platform and we help an employee navigate the benefits ecosystem in a really simple way. So, we're almost the layer above all of the different tech, benefits programs, retirement programs, wellness programs, you name it. And we help an employee navigate to those tools throughout the year using really easy education and communication channels.
How is Airbo different?
In a couple ways. So for the employer, Airbo's different in that we provide you with all of the content. So we just learn your benefits, your goals, your challenges, and then we're going to provide you with content that you then just review and share out to employees. So, making it really easy for you to do outbound education. For the employee, it's a little bit different in that Airbo's going to act a little bit more like Instagram than Outlook. So we use bite-sized, interactive content that drives an employee through the experience. We reward them with prizes and it can also be translated in up to 42 different languages right now. So if you have populations where English is a second language, they are able to interact and read this content as well.
Who is a good fit for Airbo?
Yeah, Airbo works with any organization. So we currently have companies all across industries in, I would say like 100 employees all the way up to about 200,000 employees. I would say that we're really well suited for those hard-to-reach populations. So if you have like manufacturing, healthcare, remote populations, or like sales populations, Airbo works really well because it works on any device, mobile, desktop, or tablet. And it's accessible via one click, so it's a mobile-responsive site. So employee just clicks, they get right in, they do not have to download an app. And so, we've made it so it really works for any population, any age bracket, any, you know, tech level, essentially.
