What is New Benefits?

New Benefits is an aggregator of the trending benefits that are non-insured within the ecosystem that is employee benefits. So these are solutions like mental health, fertility, identity theft, financial wellness. We even have solutions like fitness or pet care. We help our consulting partners curate from that list of well-known vendors, top of brand, top of service, into singular packages. As you'll see from the right-hand side here, examples like mental health, fertility, and caregiver in one single package. Or the idea of being able to provide a protection pack on a voluntary basis, with identity theft, financial wellness, and legal services. With that one single package, we also become one employer application, one file feed, one single invoice, and then one mobile app for the employees to access all these different solutions. And with that mobile app, we also have a client portal. We also have our individual platform to serve individuals with programs of this nature as well.

How is New Benefits different?

I would say, I'll answer that with a question. How can we help you? A lot of different customization that we can serve our clients consulting firms with, whether that's our just diverse portfolio of services, maybe it's our print services department where we're printing open enrollment guides. We've got experience of over 33 years, millions of members that we've served with our benefits, more than 6,000 active employer groups today. You know, from a differentiator perspective, I think we're different in the way that we're able to help consultants really present something new and unique to their employee base or their client base that they haven't really seen before. Maybe helping them stand out and win that BOR. For employers, we're helping small and mid-market employers become employers of choice by standing out and being able to offer solutions like mental health, fertility, identity theft, different solutions that they might not have had access to prior. As I mentioned, that group size, we'll go down to that small group size, and we'll go down to a 10-enrolled life group, but we have associations and employer groups that are tens of thousands of members, hundreds of thousands of members. I think these benefits work wherever humans are, whether it's quick service restaurant, long-term care, or white-collar groups. And from a standpoint of flexibility, that's really kind of the craziest thing. These benefits can be offered to whomever, however, whenever. Full-time, part-time, employer-paid, or voluntary.
